Growing up, I stumbled as I navigated challenging aspects of my life - relationships with romantic partners, friends, colleagues, and with myself. I wish there were a manual for how to manage these relationships and my own feelings in them. The wisdom and insights that I know now that I discovered through life's bumps & bruises, my training and experience would have come in very handy back then. I

t is this reflection that sparked the idea for creating my practice, my YouTube channel, Tea with Viktoria, and my page here. I want to share my wisdom, life hacks, insights, with you and the world.
