It's simple to post pictures of success and ribbons. It's not easy to post the journey. For me the journey is SO important. To create harmony, enjoy the activities we set out to do and listen to each other.
Equestrian sports are highly demanding and perfectionism runs deep. This weekend was about being kind to myself. It's not something that's easy for me, but I did it!
Know your journey is different then mine. But in wanting connection, understanding and trust we are not very different.
Celebrate your success however it looks💕 (and here I go sharing a few pictures!)

I really enjoyed the professional development courses today in Vernon, thank you so much to Keelly Gordon for organizing! Sports psychology, HCBC presentations, Accounting and more!
