This is our beautiful new entrance to our private walking trail. The waterfall sounds from the creek always help set the mood before entering the woods. We have developed approximately 2 km of walking trail before you reach the St. Andrews trail.

Today we’re shining a spotlight on Tidal Tranquility (Cottage 2) at Rocky Point Farms Cottages. This quiet and peaceful cottage has 2 bedrooms with queen beds (sleeps 4), a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, living room, tub/shower, WIFI, TV, table and chairs, BBQ, heat and AC, and one of the best water views at the cottages. The tides at this particular location of the Waweig River are smooth, calm, and tranquil giving us the inspiration for the name of this special cottage. Another special feature about this cottage is the easy access to a hot tub right outside the guests door! It is a shared hot tub with cottage 3 but guests can reserve private hourly time blocks. Guests also have access to walking trails, kayaks, pergola overlooking the waterfront, and dock. Open year-round!!

Rocky Point Farms is looking at starting a helicopter tour and charter company. We wanted to ask the locals what sites would be of interest to tourists. We would also like to know if there would be any interest in charter to the islands and big city airports. We have recieved some "push back" from the local commission. If the interest is minimal and the commission is uncooperative it may not be feasable and will look to invest somewhere else. Thanks for all the input. I think charlotte county needs more options for helping the local economy. St Andrews has been very helpful with information. Local businesses have been very supportive of us, and look forward to working with them again.

We’ve got exciting news! Two hot tubs are installed and ready for guests. Tidal Tranquility Cottage 2 and Compass Cove Cottage 3 will share a hot tub (guests can reserve private hourly time blocks) and The Hideaway Cottage 4 has a private hot tub of its own. We had the great pleasure of having Alex Mayberry, a photographer and avid hiker with his dog “Paul,” stay at our pet friendly cottage - Compass Cove! Alex hikes 10 km a day and stayed for a night to relax with his loyal hiking companion. He took some amazing pictures of our place during his stay! Check them out!! This special cottage has a queen bed, a bunk bed (twin/double), and a bench full of puzzles, games, and coloring books to accommodate families. It is also pet-friendly! Decorated with some ranch style decor, this cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, living room, tub/shower, WIFI, TV, table and chairs, and BBQ. Another special feature about this cottage, is coming this August guests will have access to a hot tub right outside their door! Guests also have access to walking trails and dock. We had an extremely sweet couple & family stay at our Blue Heron Cottage 1 on the weekend. They specifically requested a fire pit so Ron got to work and came up with such a great spot for camp fire gathering. Then this couple did the sweetest thing and left us a gift, a guest sign-in book with pen, and a beautiful message inside! 🩷💜 Thank you to this lovely couple for inspiring our fire pit and the beautiful gift.

They have daily departures and an easy to locate beautiful storefront in St. Andrews by-the-sea. Only 15 minutes from the cottages and you can go for a whale watching tour with Crusin’ with the Whales!

Sightings May Include... Finback, Minke, Humpback, Right Whales, Seals, Porpoise, Dolphins, and the occasional Shark and Bluefin Tuna, to name a few! Plus!
