A private oasis to relax & recharge & work from home. A dream for outdoor enthusiasts. Close to scenic trails & golf course. 2 kayaks, 1 paddleboat! The perfect homebase for day trips to the renowned Grotto, Tobermory, Lions Head, Wiarton & Sauble Beach.

The boat house is not equipped for boat storage.
The dock will be removed in the fall of each year-usually October but the exact date changes yearly.
Other things to note-
You'll want to bring your watershoes as the bottom of the Bay is shale rock. Can be slippery.
The Bay can be fairly cold.
