My son found this rock placed in the mouth of Garuda carved in our villa. One of our previous guests must be left it here.

Garuda , the spirit bird of Wishnu God. How lovely this stone found in our Villa Jiwa means Spirit in Sanskrit

🌸Time to get some fun into our lives🌸

We all get older, more serious and maybe even a bit calmer. Just a couple of years ago, I wanted to fill every single moment of my life with activities and meet ups. I would have described myself as an extroverted social butterfly 🦋 Now things have changed. I DO enjoy going to the beach on my own, reading a book or just listening to a podcast. Maybe it is because the pregnancy requires a lot from your body, maybe it’s me becoming more reflective. All I know is that it’s okay. It’s okay to say “no” to things and listen to your body. It’s okay to recharge. It’s okay to claim “me time”. •.. and guess what?! Suddenly you will feel playful and energized again! This weekend has been so much fun and I rediscovered my silly 😜 self. •
I think there are stages and times for everything in life and it’s all about acceptance, no judgment and no expectations 💫💫💫

I love my introverted, reflective self as much as I do love releasing my inner child 🌸
And I’m so happy to have someone on my side who loves all of it ❤️
