The key here is to recontextualize these parts to make peace with them.

Self-love and self-trust.

These two components of self-confidence can be degraded by limiting beliefs that originate from past traumas.

Past traumas are simply unprocessed negative emotional charges.

This is why we use letting go to clear those two components of the negativity from the past.

Releasing why you hate yourself.

And releasing negative reference experiences from the past.

From that standpoint, action taking is key.

Confidence comes from competence.

We want to face our fears, take action, and create new positive reference experiences to build up our confidence.

The goal is to have a strong sense of your value, plus a deep knowingness that you can handle any challenge coming your way.

Practice ACCEPTANCE for CONFIDENCE and FLOW STATE 🙏

Accepting the parts of yourself that you resist will bring you back to wholeness.

This is when you get in a "flow state" and your energy is expansive and congruent.

Reconcile the parts of yourself that you're "not okay with" with the parts of yourself that you accept.

Resolve the split. Now, there is no more friction within.

Stop resisting because what you resist persists.

When your identity is whole and accepted, this is when you are in alignment with yourself.

Authentic expression is then effortless.

Self-confidence is EASY but is often done wrong.

Self-confidence is:
- Knowing your inherent value and practising self-love.
- Knowing that you can handle any situation coming your way, even the worst one. You know you'll be fine.

Wait, how can I do that?

Do yourself the favour of dropping to the ground all the BS you believe about yourself.

You'll feel 25kg lighter!

This is called releasing and it's actually very quick and simple if done right.

Once you released that heavy burden, you have reconnected with yourself. No filters anymore, no front, just you.

You ARE now AUTHENTIC: you can express freely, and it feels good because it flows.

You can now live your life without this little voice constantly judging yourself.

You are carefree and not affected by what people think of you.

And you know what?

Now you've achieved one of the MOST ATTRACTIVE traits:

AUTHENTICITY

People are drawn to authenticity because it allows them to be free.

This energy is golden!

Once you have that… Success is inevitable.

You will experiment your social life to a whole new level,

Your romantic life as well,

Your business life too,

Releasing emotions from the past is the KEY to high self-confidence! 🌱

Indeed, the bad experiences you had as a child or even later on in life created self-beliefs. We tend to build our personalities around those beliefs. Usually, those beliefs are NOT reflecting who you truly are. They are LIMITING YOU!

Oftentimes, it takes form as:

- I'm not worthy
- I'm not good enough
- I'm guilty of
- I should be ashamed of

It's like driving a car with the handbrake on!

Releasing is letting go of those beliefs and setting you free. Then you want to replace them with beliefs that serve you.

This work will enable you to be so MUCH MORE CONFIDENT in your social skills. It's like cleaning up a garden: first, you want to uproot the weeds, only then you plant the seeds that will soon bear fruits.

In effect, your thoughts, words and actions are reflecting what you have on the inside: your self-beliefs. If you believe that you're not good enough, that's what you will project out there, and people sense that. On the opposite, if you project self-love and abundance, people will tend to find that very attractive.

The biggest MYTH ABOUT SELF-ESTEEM!

High self-esteem is something that you have to struggle immensely to get.

Self-esteem is not something that you have to crawl your way into with tremendous effort. If it was, you would always feel incomplete. Indeed, you would always compare yourself with others to feel okay about yourself. You would never feel good enough because there is always someone better than you. Plus, the desire to have high self-esteem reveals that you FEAR never reaching it. It would mean that you don't have it as a default. You then project a lack, and people pick on up that. You're stuck and you've wasted so much energy!

Real and deep self-esteem is not something you acquire, it's something you are at your core. You just need to reveal it, let it rise, let it shine, let it be. You need to uncover it. It's been mainly covered by conditioning; namely, your wrong self-beliefs. In effect, releasing those negative self-believes and attachments will reveal your authentic confident self. This is very simple work, but you have to set your mind to it. This is the most effective way to access MASSIVE confidence; by removing, not adding constantly. Releasing is the way. Releasing the ways in which you hold yourself back.

3 PARADIGMS:

HAVE < DO < BE

We just talked about the BEING paradigm; confidence IS your default. This is the MOST EFFECTIVE paradigm to actualize yourself. This is where release work is key, to uncover your true potential.

The second one is DOING: action-taking. This is where you can increase your situational confidence by exposition yourself to the situation. This works, it's like building a new skill. However, it's not nearly as effective as the BEING paradigm. This has its place in certain situations but acts more like a band-aid because it doesn't address the root cause of you feeling low self-esteem.

The HAVING paradigm says: you either have confidence or you don't. This leaves place for victim mentality and that's not where you grow.

If you're serious about being more confident, the primal factor of action is addressing your core: what you hold true about yourself and releasing all that doesn't serve you. The action taking is only the secondary way of action because it's more superficial. Why would you dig a hole with a teaspoon when you can use a shovel?

The TRUTH about SELF-ESTEEM revealed 👇👇👇
Have you failed to ask for that promotion? Didn't you dare to ask for what you deserve at work? Do you struggle to market yourself during an interview? Do you constantly battle with that imposter syndrome?
Self-esteem is not something that you have or have not. It is something that you let arise from within once you are tired of pretending. It comes from the inside, once you know who you are on a deeper level. High self-esteem is just you destroying all your filters and ways of coping and exposing your true self to the world.
It takes to be vulnerable to have true self-esteem. You have to be ready. The pain of staying mediocre has to be bigger than the pain of exposing truly yourself. You have to have reached a stage of not fearing to fail. Actually, you have to embrace failure when it comes – because failure will show you exactly where you need to look within yourself for growth.
True self-esteem takes courage to let all judgments fly above your head. From this point, you will be able to assert yourself in every situation. Happiness is just then waiting around the corner.

Aren't you tired of staying safe in every aspect of your life ? Compromising living a truly fulfilling and happy life ? Stop a moment and be BRUTALLY HONEST with yourself. You're NOT DOING what it takes to really see the changes you want to see. Deep down, you're hearing that unfailing voice telling you that you could be a HERO VERSION of what you currently are…
STOP LYING to yourself and dare to take risks !
You've kind of tried to do things on your own with poor determination, you never succeeded. Be honest with yourself, you wouldn't be reading this right now if you could do these changes on your own.
Find someone who is where you want to be in life. Someone who has found a proven path that actually gives real-life results ! Someone who can take you by the hand with no judgment and show you the way, and keep you moving on.

When you've lost EVERYTHING… 🌩⚡
Sometimes we feel that life lashes onto us, that every event goes against us to destroy us. It could be at work, a disease, a loss in the family. At first, we think we can get over it by force, but eventually it's persisting, and we slowly lose hope. Hope is replaced by constant anxiety and racing thoughts; you feel you have nothing to hold on to anymore. You've tried everything, none works.
At this stage, you have to STOP DOING. You've done enough. START BEING. Take a deep breath, and look at the bigger picture: what is left in your life ? Can you still walk ? Can you still talk to people around you ? Do you still have food on your table ? Can you breathe ? Ask yourself these questions and notice what IS in your life and see the true value in it. What if we took away all of those remaining things, how would you feel ?
In reality you are more blessed than you could ever realise, every morning you wake up alive, and able to stand up on both your feet is a true gift. Some people don't have that. Switch your sight on what you have instead of what has gone, even if you experienced a great loss.
We tend to identify ourselves with our degrees, capabilities, physical appearance, the people we hang out with. Is this really what defines you ? If yes, you wouldn't have any value left when you lose all of these things. This is a LIE.
You are way more than what we see of you on the physical. In fact, when you lose everything in your life, which you held on to as an identity, that's when you are truly discovering WHO YOU ARE.
In these hard situations, what is "left" of you can be actually your TRUE YOU. You get to encounter your true self. This is when you have a real desire for your life coming from your guts. Follow that spark that is coming from inside. Maybe it is going to lead you to places far beyond what you had prior to the loss.
Look at what you have left in your life, and let go of the rest, holding onto it only does you harm. Be grateful that you are still breathing, and build onto that.

Often times we feel like we are "not cool". We feel different and have this preconceived notion of "not fitting in". We feel we don't deserve to have a quality partner or a sick lifestyle. This is WRONG ! You must ACCEPT YOURSELF with your unique style, be proud of yourself, fully embrace it !
Have you ever thought that being successful and living a fulfilling life on your own terms was not for you ? Maybe you have tried it, but it never worked because "it wasn't you". Maybe you've been bullied in school or your mother or father didn't love you and you grew up with this feeling of "I'm not good enough" - "I'm never going to make it" - "I'm lower than these people".
You might have accumulated money, relationships and travels but it didn't make you any happier. Realise one thing: You are NOT your money; you are NOT your travels or achievements ! All of this is great, but deep down you are still this little boy or girl that just wants to be loved.
At the end of the day, we humans just want to be loved and accepted for who we are. We want to be respected, noticed. Let me tell you that: YOU ARE COOL !
We secretly wish that one day someone comes to us, puts his and on our shoulder, looks at us straight in the eyes and tells us: "Dude, you're alright, you're cool, don't worry about it, you have your own interests and it's incredible ! You're a good person, really ! You are the way you are and that's perfectly fine !"
Imagine that person came to you and said that, would you go for it ? Would you accept yourself ? Would you let go of any judgment whatsoever and crush it in life ? Yes, you're good enough, let's be happy now and work on being a better person every day.
UNDERSTAND THIS: that person should be YOU. Be that kind and reassuring person to yourself. Do yourself that favour ! This is KEY ! Trust me, you're cool, you got it !

1/ MONEY MAKES YOU HAPPY: Understand that chasing money is an endless race. Once you get that new phone or new car, you'll be happy for a few days, then you will chase the next new thing. It's an endless circle. Something external will never fill that void you have on the inside. The only way the be happy is not chasing outward but inward: start accepting yourself with your flaws and recognise what you have to work on. Wake up every morning willing to better yourself.

On the other hand, money can bring you freedom. Freedom of choosing what you want to eat, freedom to travel the world or help your friends or family. This can be fulfilling. But understand that it's not money that makes you happy, it's doing the right thing with it.
2/ HAPPINESS IS FOR THE FUTURE: We usually feel that we don’t deserve to be happy. Thus, we feel like it's always in the distant future. Hear me well, this is totally WRONG ! You deserve to be happy and you deserve it now. Happiness only unfolds in the present moment, not in the past nor in the future. Start experiencing happiness by living in the Now.

However, if you want to enhance your feeling of happiness and peace, you have to work on it. Have you ever seen anyone getting excellent results without doing anything ? No! You can boost your happiness by TAKING MASSIVE ACTION. Indeed, taking action creates passion and aligning yourself with it brings you peace and happiness.
3/ I NEED SOMEONE TO BE HAPPY: You shouldn't wait to have a partner in your life to allow yourself happiness. As hard as that sounds, your partner won't ever fill that void you might feel. This is A MYTH ! There's nothing wrong about sharing your life with someone, in fact it can be outstanding. However, you must feel at peace with yourself first and love yourself in order to have a fulfilling relationship. Only then, you will allow the other person to love you for who you truly are, but you shouldn't crave that love to be happy. Understand that: First, feel whole and at peace with ONLY yourself, then a relationship is the cherry on the cake.

Why THE CRISIS will bring you HAPPINESS 👇
This crisis situation can be troubling. Anxiety, loneliness and fear try to settle in. But do NOT let that reach you ! Now is the time to take a step back on your life and find out if you are really where you want to be.
What we are living is historical and it certainly won't happen again in your life span. You're likely to have more spare time than ever before. The opportunity to change your life is HUGE !
Take this situation as a challenge to grow. Especially when this crisis will come to an end, you definitely want to COME OUT ON TOP, the best version of yourself !
Happiness is sometimes hard to grasp but yet so simple. Indeed, the core of it lies first in your self-perception. Being happy starts with being at peace with yourself. To do so, you have to define your belief systems and your life purpose. Then align every action you take on it !
