Time to fly with our James Bond Pilatus !

Often described as a Swiss knife, the PC-24 would probably have been the perfect aircraft with all the gadgets for the renowned actor Sean Connery in the 1964 James Bond movie “Goldfinger”.

So when the same famous Aston Martin used in the movie meets our PC-24, it definitely makes sense !

Steffen Appel, the owner of this incredible DB5 and a fan of the James Bond saga has come all the way from Frankfurt to the Pilatus site in Stans, a great surprise for all the staff.

Albinati Aeronautics, a well-established Geneva-based business aviation company holding two AOCs - Swiss and Maltese -, active in the field of charter, management and trade of business jets is currently seeking to engage a motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join a growing team of highly motivated aviation professionals.

Job description :

Within a small team, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

Receive customers flight requests and treat them with meticulous attention jointly with the Flight Operations department
Arrange additional services upon customers’ requests
Coordinate activities and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
Make sure that every process is timely completed
Carefully monitor all flights and third-party services
Permanently liaise with customers and company departments
Whenever required, establish quotes and confirmation of flights

Candidate’s profile and prerequisites :

Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
Swiss citizen or EU/EAA
Able to multi-task and deliver under pressure
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to details
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build a trustworthy relationship with customers; positive telephone demeanour
Customer-oriented and willing to go the extra mile
Minimum 3 years of experience in the service industry with high-end clientele
Flexible with working hours, willing to work on a 24/7 shift basis
Previous experience within the business aviation domain is a must

Finally, we are proud to announce that we have been entrusted with the management of two Pilatus PC-12, available for charter flights, by one of our customers who has long much appreciated the quality of our services.

In order to commercially operate these PC-12 through our Swiss Air Operator Certificate (AOC), we have received from the Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation the ad-hoc license, the second ever delivered for this type of aircraft in Switzerland.

The integration of two Pilatus PC-12 and an additional new PC-24 marks our willingness to extend our offer of light and versatile jets. We are determined to bring to this segment our recognized and undisputable standards of excellence acquired over two decades of activity in the ultra long-range domain.
