Dusty Footprints is a small, specialist safari business based in Switzerland. To experience nature in a more authentic, wild and natural way.

There is no doubt that there is an ever increasing desire in people to reconnect to wilderness. To delve back into a time and space where the pressures and stresses of modern society no longer clutter our minds and where we can not only have truly raw, untamed and often life-changing experiences but also gain a proper, deeper and well-rounded knowledge of the breathtaking wilderness environments t

hat are slowly but surely disappearing from our planet. We offer a range of safari Experiences that are primarily focused on walking and eco-awareness adventures. As Aristotle once said, “Educating the mind without educating the heart, is no education at all.”, our aim is to provide high quality, privately guided wilderness experiences that take the classic safari experience to a deeper level through forging the perfect balance between adventure, travel, education, eco-friendly awareness and community, We would like to play a part in providing not only life changing safari holidays and experiences but also affecting a positive and sustainable impact on the natural environment and the few remaining true wilderness areas in both South Africa and Switzerland. Each safari experience will be carried out by a highly skilled, experienced and qualified private guide who will not only ensure that the highest standards of guiding are met, but also that each and every person with us on safari has the opportunity to be exposed to a perfectly personal wilderness experience. With all the stress completely removed from the creation and booking of a true safari experience, our clients will be able to relax and enjoy a magical experience from start to finish.

A beautifully relaxed and magical black rhino encounter on our most recent wilderness trail. This is a short clip of 1 of the 3 black rhino encounters we had. Featuring my co-guide and backup Green Monkey Safari. We also had a dagga boy (old buffalo bull) encounter, hippo out of water and a white rhino encounter on our trail.
