Basel Charme Apartments

Beautiful 2.5 room apartment (~ 65 m2) with living room, bedroom and full functional kitchen. Bathroom with shower.

The Bedroom (~ 12 m2) has a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) witch is comfortable for up to two people.

The living room (~ 16 m2) has a wonderful old herringbone parquet. It’s furnished with a sofa, a flat 48″ flat TV, the famous Egg Chair from Arne Jacobsen. The sofa can be used as a bed for up to two people (140 cm).

In both rooms we can add additional beds and/or baby beds if needed.

The kitchen ist fully functional with stove, oven, fridge, crockery and cutlery, a dining table and 4 chairs. Through the kitchen you can reach the calm balcony (~ 12 m2) to the back yard.

The kitchen ist fully functional with stove, oven, fridge, crockery and cutlery, a dining table and 4 chairs. Through the kitchen you can reach the calm calm courtyard with your own private patio (~ 20 m2).

Im Hof eines alten Stadthauses wurde das ehemalige Waschhaus von 1898 zu einem 1,5 Zimmer Garten Bungalow restauriert. Auf ~ 28 m2 bietet es ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer (~ 16 m2) mit komfortablem Boxpringbett, Designsessel und TV. Der Eingangsbereich (~ 12 m2) beinhaltet die Küche, einen Ess-/Arbeitsbereich und das Bad.
Vor dem Bungalow ist ein gemütlicher Sitzplatz eingerichtet.

In the courtyard of an historic building, the former wash house from 1896 was restored to a “1.5 room bungalow” (~ 28 m2). In the living room (~ 16 m2) and kitchen/dining room (~ 12m2) you will find enough space to live and relax comfortably. A private patio completes the charming offer.
