To protect the sleek and elegant façade from extreme weather, the dark exteriors are covered with pine wood cladding burnt according to the ancient Japanese technique of Shou sugi ban.
In contrast the inside is entirely covered with light pine-plywood that adds light and warmth to the cabin’s interior.
