Our newest house is finished and ready for rent. 🌞 🇪🇸 🌴

Casa Zoe offers beautiful views over the valley with mountains to the sea. Very central, short distance to Denia, to the sea and easily accessible. It is outlying and quiet.
The villa has a living area with about 200 sqm. Enough space for 8 people. The private property with approx. 900 sqm is fenced and has its own pool 4x8m.

Would you like to go to a climing park?
We visited some climbing parks in the surroundings of Dénia. We especially liked the Park in Parcent! There are 3 levels of difficulty, thus is guaranteed fun for the whole family.
From Dénia you do have about 45 minutes by car.
Admission for adults: 22.- and children 16.-

The best chiringuito in Denia.
There are many on the beaches but the favourite one is the third of North of the harbour. Cold mojitos and many other drinks. Good food and all made with love.

Club Minigolf Denia

The first professional Minigolf Club in Denia! Very good friends from Switzerland opened the play area this month. It is equipped for championships (which is the onliest one in Spain). Families and children are also welcome! In the middle of the play area is a restaurant, There are beautiful lights in the evening and night, It is only a few steps away from Casa Alisha and Casa Vanessa.

Opening hour in the summer after 17.00.

Safari Aitana

In the mountains, called Sierra de Aitana, which is located 1'020 meters over the sea level, is Safari Aitana. It is devided into 2 big spaces. You can drive thru the Safari with your own car for 7 kilometers. It has wild animals who live in the wilderness, every species has it's natural area. There are a few areas closed with a fence for security. The other area, Dacktay, is like a little zoo, where visitors can walk thru to see the animals very close in their fence. Furthermore, the Dacktay has a play area and pick-nick facilities. Beside the amazing wildlife and leisure activities in the Safari Aitana is a wonderful sight to the mountains of Sierra de Aitana.

Driving from Denia by car takes about 80 worthwhile mintues.

Aqua Natura

Waterpark in Benidorm, it is more suitable for little chilren than Aqualandia. The park has a surface of 40'000 qm. It is divided into 5 spaces: wave-pool, water-slide, children-pool, lighthouse-mole and and SPA-facilities with sun deck. Next to the water facilities is a daily sea lion-show, a highlight for the visitors at Aqua Natura, Benidorm. Before and after the show is the possibility for the visitors to swim toghether with the lively animals.

Market

In Denia and surroundings are weekly markets very popular.
On the "Torrecremada" (at the court) takes every Monday from 8.30 until 14.00 the weekly market place. There are: soft goods, shoes, houshold goods and much more. Every Friday is Jumble, antique and second hand sale.

Our favorite market is in Benissa!
Far away from tourists is a market taking place with fruits and vegetabels in the beautiful old town. There is no handled over-the-counter but it is fresh, good quality and cheep.

El Trenet (little train)

El Trenet has a distance of 93 kilometer which includes coastal town between Alicante and Denia. It has 40 stopover (25 between Villajoyosa and Denia). The Trenet is not a fast means of transportation along the coast of Costa Blanca, but a ride in the little train worth at least between Denia and Altea. The beautiful landscape is a pleasure and it takes you along tunnel and over high bridges.
We recommend a tour leaving Denia (departure time: 12:04, 13:04, etc) until Calpe. The children are for free and the ticket for adults is EUR 4.00 for a round trip.

Fallas
To burn with high flame is to welcome the spring in the Valencia area. A lot of people celebrate the FALLA party, which every year thousands of tourists are visiting. Artwork of paper, music events, loud shots, called 'mascletas'. Flower sacrifice for mother Mary and spectacular fireworks. The top event is on 19 March, the night of saint Joseph. To burn the artwork is the essential part of this Fiesta, which is one of the most popular event in this region.

De pura cepa
The Bodega 'de pura cepa' is located at the calle Loreto in Denia. The typical spanish, beautiful furnished Bodega offers a various range of speciality. Cheese, meat products and a wide range of excellent wine that are available by glass to try! In case you are looking for a nice present, there is a wide range of delicated specialites to buy. We liked it very much and will go again!

Guadalest
High up on a rock block is GUADALEST located. The houses are built-in the rocks to overlook a big valley which is surrounded by a mountain chain.The Rio Guadalest flows through the land with pine-tree and other Mediterranean tree population and planted area which espacially gives in the spring a beautiful touch animated with light colours.
The historic locality is devided thru the Castle and neighborhood called Arrabal.
It takes about 75 minutes to reach GUADALEST from our holiday houses in the direction of Alicante.
