Hey, everybody, I’m excited to tell you that I’ve just published my first novel, Saba’s Desire.
In present-day Paris, Saba and her father own a respected boutique selling fine historical knives. But she does not own one particular dagger, her family’s exquisite heirloom, now on anonymous display in a small Florence museum.
Saba – of Ethiopian, Italian and French blood – is savvy, driven and beautiful, a woman with flexible morals, but a fixed goal: to recover this dagger, the true value of which is even beyond her knowing. Forged in Florence in 1722 with iron from a meteorite that fell in an Abyssinian desert centuries before, the knife was crafted by Saba’s ancestor for his bride. Since then, it has been violently passed hand-to-hand across Europe.
Why is this dagger, so often bloodied through the ages, important to Saba? And who else will die if she is to hold the knife in her hands?
Sound interesting? Saba’s Desire is available as a paperback (211 pages) and an e-book on Amazon. If you read it, I welcome your reviews on Amazon.
