Sometimes, you have to convince yourself of how worthy you are. Sometimes, you have to cheer yourself up, especially when no one is there for you. You have to be brave alone. You have to remind yourself that you are strong, worthy, and beautiful. Sometimes, you have to constantly remind yourself about the things you deserve in order to grow as a person. Remind yourself that you deserve to be happy, you deserve to be treated well, and you deserve the things you’ve been wishing for.

Compliment yourself today. Be proud of your progress. Be proud of being a strong person. Sometimes, you just have to look in the mirror and be proud of the person you have become. You did well; always remember that. Sometimes, you just have to look in the mirror and say, “I am worthy.”
