WORK IS A NECESSITY, RELAXATION TOO.

Every year we set goals, and come up with proposed plans to realize our set goals. Jobs are created and a team is formed so we can succeed with the realization of our goals. We go to work five times in a week and others 6 times in a week. Just so we succeed with our goals.

Sometimes we get so exhausted and are required to take some time off and rest, then we consider resting.

Work is a necessity, so is relaxation. Creating time to rest amidst work is very necessary. Relaxation is oftentimes considered as luxury. But no, that’s not the case. Because resting for few days to jump back into your work zone has proven to be beneficial to both the workers and the company.

Counting 365/366 days in one year, if every worker could consider at least two days full of relaxation, their work input will be much more impactful at their job-sites. This two day off, could come only during the weekend, maybe just a Saturday, a day off from work and your normal routine to a new environment for relaxation. It could be in an interval of 6 months, or if you would want to consider relaxation more often, then consider an interval of 3 months.
