Ø Administrative assistance :

o Source accommodation and offices for clients

oProvide assistance for the development and management the client’s administrative service,

o Manage the preparation of draft agreements for the purchase, lease, sale and disposal of real estate and movable property in accordance with our client’s decisions,

o Manage the proper and timely maintenance and insurance of client’s property, including real estate property, vehicles and their proper use. o Manage all contracts for the provision of utilities, ensuring continuous supply and/or service; including water, electricity, telephone, cellular and satellite subscription services. o Manage the company vehicle fleet, in accordance with the client’s requirements and management policy, including ensuring all vehicles are safe and road worthy, have adequate fuel and are driven by trained and licensed drivers. o Manage all cleaning and refuse services for client’s properties, including apartments and houses. o Manage the provision of catering and laundry services and coordinate security for client’s homes. o Respond in a timely and appropriate way to the needs of the client relating to any other logistical and administrative support necessary for the client’s business. o Negotiate and manage contracts / service level agreements related to the operations of the Administrative assistance for our clients

o On behalf of our client’s do custom clearance with constant follow up of procedures.



Ø Business Travel Organisation :

o Manage all protocol activities, including visas acquisition (transit, short term and long-term visas), air ticket/railway/bus bookings, airport pickups and drop offs of staffs, guest of clients both national and international,

o Manage all housing and transportation requirements, including hotel accommodation and transportation upon client’s request. o Management of issuing and renewing resident permits to expatriates.

Ø Public relations :

o Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of the government, community, consumer, employee, and public interest groups. o Arrange public appearances, lectures, contests, or exhibits for clients to increase product and service awareness and to promote goodwill. o Study the objectives, promotional policies and needs of organizations to develop public relations strategies that will influence public opinion or promote ideas, products and services. o Identify trends and key group interests and concerns to provide advice on client’s business decisions. o Consult with advertising agencies or staff to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for products, organizations, or individuals. o Coach client representatives in effective communication with the public and with employees. o Purchase advertising space and time as required to promote client's product or agenda. o Plan and conduct market and public opinion research to test products or determine potential for product success, communicating results to client or management.

Ø Commercial representation :

Search for new markets;


o Market research is conducted, to identify business opportunities for specific products or markets. o Presentations and training with the prospects to promote the products of the companies represented. o Participation and promotion in important events and shows, both nationally and internationally. o Follow-up on contacts and prospects referred by the companies we represent, as well as those obtained during shows. o Supply information to our clients related to competition, products, market tendencies and potential for their products. Pre-Sale Services ;


o Presentations are made to existing clients, to update them on the use of the products as well as new products for their market. o Quotations are sent, as well as product information needed to facilitate new purchase orders. o Orders are received and reviewed, to verify that the necessary information is complete, and that all of the information is correct. o Orders are followed, with the goal of eliminating delays in the shipment, and informing the client of the estimated shipping date. o Order shipments are confirmed with the client, as well as the shipping information and documentation

o Coordination with the forwarder is critical, to verify that the order was delivered correctly, and has all the necessary documentation for the exportation of the products. Post-Sale Services ;

o Clarification with clients about discrepancies, shortages, overages, or damaged products received in their orders. o Technical information is provided to our clients on a regular basis, by means of technical support and problem solving. o Assistance with payments and collections for the companies represented. o Contact with clients is maintained on a regular basis to review sales, solicit new orders, share ideas for new projects, offer new products, provide quotations etc. o Assistance is provided to coordinate the set-up of exhibitions and training of sales staff at points of sales for our clients. o In addition to the services provided for commercial representation, in SBA we assist our clients by coordinating and completing diverse marketing material used to promote and sell products.
