Our "Analects Reading Club" sponsored by Mandarin Inn and WannaTravel was kicked off with great enthusiasm by introducing the history from 1046BC to 221BC, covering the Zhou Dynasty, Spring and Autumn Period, Warring States Period, Qin Dynasty, and early Western Han Dynasty, explaining how each of these dynasties was established, their unique characteristics, and some key historical events that took place. Friends from both China and abroad gathered together to study and read The Analects of Confucius, discussing the era of Confucian thought and the different philosophical perspectives of notable thinkers from the Hundred Schools of Thought.
