Solution For management system with RFID pigeon tags

There are two kinds of pigeon foot rings we can supply, it has two designs of open and closed so that it can be easily used for pigeon breeding and racing. You can choose pigeon tags according to your actual needs. If it is necessary to start intelligent management of the pigeons from the nascent young pigeons, it is recommended to use a closed one, because the hole of closed one is too small, it is not easy to fall out, and it will not affect the activity of the newborn pigeons; The young birds begin to intelligently manage the pigeons, so it is recommended to use open one because it is convenient to wear on the pigeon's feet.

If you want to visually distinguish the pigeons, it can be printed a digital code on the pigeon foot ring. Of course, each pigeon foot ring is implanted with a radio frequency identification chip. You can use the software to edit the chip implanted in the pigeon foot ring, for example, the type of pigeon, date of birth, time of training, and the vaccine status. Most of the implanted chips of the pigeon foot ring are low-frequency chips with a frequency of 125KHz or 134.2KHz, mainly TK4100, EM4305, HiTag-S256 etc. The reading distance of these chips is about 3-20cm, depending on the reading equipment.

The reading device of the pigeon foot ring also has different types according to the different needs of application environment. The recommended reading device is a card reader with long distance reading, which can be used to be installed around the entrance and exit of cage. When the pigeons fly out or fly back from the outside, the card reader can read rfid tag of the pigeon's foot once they pass the entrance and exit of cage, software will record the arriving time read by device, and master the activity of each pigeon.

How does the pigeon foot ring work with the management software to manage pigeons? Firstly, install reading device of pigeon tag at the entrance and exit of the cage, and then put foot ring tag on the foot of each pigeon. Register the information of the pigeon in the management system and fill in the relevant information, like coding number, year of birth, gender, color, etc. Once all of the informations are completed, it will be saved into software. After the informations are saved, the pigeons with foot ring are in one-to-one correspondence with the informations entered into the system. The reading device is used to write the system information into the chip of pigeon foot ring, and then the pigeons can be intelligently managed by management systems. For example, if you want to record the training time of racing pigeons, set the time for starting training in the system first, and then when the pigeons fly back to the cage, the reading device at the entrance and exit of the cage records training time of each pigeon by reading pigeon foot ring tag and prompts the number of pigeons to be returned. You can check the training duration, birth year and other informations of pigeons in the system.

If you would like to delete the written data inside the tag, you can put the mobile close to the tag to erase the data with the app.

NFC tag can make your life intelligentized. People mostly use the tag for payment when they go out for shopping. Besides, the tag can be also used in car, at home, in the office, in wallet, on door, etc. For asset management, the tag can be no doubt used in storage management, products tracking, etc.

Tiny UHF anti-metal tag for medical application

RFID has entered into medical nowadays. Surgical instrument management can be seen easily in hospital. As this requires harsh condition for the tag, material of this tag is unique. It can be not only suitable for high temperature sterilization, but also for biocompatibility. Here comes UHF anti-metal tag.

134.2KHz RFID animal ear tag for livestock application

As livestock are breeding rapidly, it is different for farmer to manage his animals. With developing for technology, RFID application comes out for livestock management and this product is RFID animal ear tag. When the ear tag is embedded into animals’ ear, it can realize animal tracking and identification.

What is the animal ear tag made of?
134.2KHz RFID animal ear tag is a Low frequency type of the ear tag. This tag is round shape and the size is smaller. It is made of TPU material. Inside the material, it encapsulates a 134.2KHz chip. Usually, the chip is EM4305. As this tag should be encoded into datas so that it can be read by reader, datas encoded is usually UID number of the chip. For UID number is unique, in this case, numbers encoded can be read to identify each animal.

How to applicate with the animal ear tag?
This 134.2KHz ear tag is read by LF reader, as it needs to match 134.2KHz frequency, the reader is also in accordance with ISO11784/11785 protocol. As the tags have been embedded into animals’ ear, when animals pass by, farmer uses the handheld reader to read the tags, the data of the tag can display on screen of the reader, then farmer can identify animals as well as quantities. This can greatly improve farmer’s working efficiency and save much time.

Another type of the ear tag is with UHF chip. The reading distance of this model is farther. This tag is used with UHF reader, usually, it is applied with RFID machine. When livestock go across the machine one by one, the datas can faster read and it is quickly recorded.

With this ear tag and technology, it brings much convenience not only in farmer’s daily life but also in abattoir market.

What kind of ear tag can ANG Tech produce?
ANG tech can made two types of RFID animal ear tag, LF tag and UHF tag. LF tag is round shape and UHF tag is rectangle shape.
