Our page provides a place to discuss the 12save offerings, achievements and suggestions. We also love it when participants share stuffs with us and to each other about our exciting deals! We encourage you to do so as we are excited to hear from everyone about your Groupon experiences :-)
We understand that embarking on exciting experiences is one thing you are passionate about – which is a common passion we share. We welcome all questions and commentary, including constructive feedback. But we do expect that participants post content and commentary that is both relevant and respectful to this community as a whole.
12save Malaysia reserves the right to remove any posts that don’t adhere to our guidelines and to block anyone who violates them repeatedly. So, here’s a quick guideline designed to help provide a quality environment for all. Do take a minute or so to read them and keep them in mind whenever you share stuffs on our page.
1. By contributing to our 12save Malaysia page, you agree to comply with our Facebook’s Terms and Conditions.
2. We welcome all questions and commentary, including constructive feedbacks that are both relevant and respectful to this community as a whole.
3. We reserve the right to respond to the first post that you submitted on our page and remove any duplicate/spam posts that are repetitive or making it difficult for us to engage in a two- way conversation. This includes link baiting, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading and unlawful posts.
4. We often speak about the offers from our business partners. Hence, to maintain the content quality of our pages, we do not accept endorsement of other websites, events, fan pages, commercial/donations solicitation and reserve the right to remove any posts that relate to activities as mentioned above that have not been approved by Groupon Malaysia
5. Abusive, harassing, and threatening posts which may cause distress and inconvenience will be removed.
6. To stay secure and safe online, please refrain from posting anything that could make you or anyone else, contactable by any outsiders – this includes bank details and/or your contact details (mobile number, email, home address etc).
7. We do not encourage uploading files that contain viruses or programs that could damage the operation of other people’s computers.
