Mt.Namcha Barwa is a holy place of the most ancient Tibetan religion section called Bon religion with an altitude of 7782 meters above sea level. It is noted for its mystery and enjoys the reputation as “ the father of Tibetan mountains” in Tibet. Locals believe anyone who is able to see its peak is said to have a faith with Buddha. It will never be so easy to reveal its true color that it also gained the nickname as “ Shy Girl Peak”
