Great location to reach the various places of interest, the cities to visit and the beaches. The property has great potential. The house is large and spacious, a good livability. With more attention to detail it would be perfect! The house is in a quiet location, perfect for relaxing. The owners were very kind and helpful, despite being far away, they took care of our stay very well and responded to our needs. We highly thank them.

I spent my birthday this year at Villa Rose. The new bathroom is in and looking lovely. Fruit in the garden at the moment plums, blackberries both ready to pick and eat, figs not ready yet, oriental pears coming along nicely, the little lemon tree seems to be happy even in these high temperatures. We planted a pomegranate tree and the grapes are ripening on the vine. Took a short drive along the coast towards Trabia to eat at this beautifully situated restaurant by the sea. Ristorante al Pescatore Trabia. Happy days

You can find us on Booking.com and AirB&B but do contact us direct if you wish to discuss a booking. Our new bathroom is going in and should be up and running by the end of the month. The weather is stunning at this time of the year and San Nicola is less busy than in July and August. We are making improvements all the time and look forward to welcoming you to our little piece of heaven

We are excited to welcome you to Sicily and are happy to be flexible with dates for holiday hire to fit in with flights etc. We are constantly working to improve our lovely little piece of paradise, including this year, a new bathroom, a mural on the water tank, and some bespoke chairs for the terrace. We are pleased to be offering our two bedroomed detatched villa, with sea and mountain views, for holiday rentals. Situated on a quiet Sicilian lane, a car is essential as the road up to Sant Onofrio district is steep. We are only 3km away from San Nicola with its picturesque Marina, swimming areas, restaurants, bars and our favourite pizzeria.
We can suggest a car hire company from the airport, on request.
It is good to note that although a taxi from the airport can be booked, there are generally no taxis in the smaller towns. If you do manage to find a taxi they are very expensive!

Stay in our 2 bedroom independent villa, with sea and mountain views. Down a quiet Sicilian lane, but only 3Km away from a bustling Marina with restaurants and bars. The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, but breakfast and evening meals can be provided by the English speaking hosts who live 150 yards away.
Cycling and Crafting stays can also be arranged.
