Capitán Indiana James le saca de su ´zona de comfort´para experimentar los tesoros escondidos de ´Locombia´ en su W***ys Jeep, un verdadero clásico! Este es el vehículo ideal para dejar atrás el asfalto y para conocer todas las maravillas que la costa Caribe Colombiana les brinda. James ha vivido en Colombia desde 1989. Ex-corredor ciclista internacional, ahora se dedica a compartir con los viajeros su amplio conocimiento de esta hermosa zona costera. Con Big W***ys Colombian Jeep Safaris usted puede escoger entre varios safaris de un solo día que abordan sitios locales de gran interés o alternativamente usted mismo puede crear su propia itinerario que dura entre la mitad de un día hasta varias días. De la misma manera James le puede llevar al Parque Tayrona y inclusive más allá hasta el desierto de La Guajira. También le puede ayudar en organizar una salida de pesca o de velero.

El famoso fotógrafo Michelantonio "Tony" Vaccaro, por aquel entonces un simple soldado de primera clase y aficionado a la fotografía, en el ala de un bombardero Boring B-17 en 1944. En su mano puede verse la que fue su primera cámara de fotos, una Argus C3. Vaccaro intentó compatibilizar su afición a la fotografía sirviendo a su país y al US Army, presentándose voluntario al Cuerpo de Señales. No pudiendo acceder por su juventud, tenía 20 años y la edad mínima era de 21, fue reclutado como soldado de la 83.ª División de Infantería, desembarcando en la playa Omaha el 18 de junio de 1944, entrando en combate casi de inmediato al sur de Carentan.
Durante 272 días de guerra, capturó miles de fotos. Tras la victoria aliada, se sintió enfermo y debilitado por la devastación que vio, y no estando compró un Jeep y viajó con su cámara, eventualmente fotografiando momentos brillantes de la historia, como la reconstrucción de Europa y la belleza en la vida de artistas famosos y gente común. Nunca más quiso fotografiar conflictos armados.
Vaccaro se hizo un nombre como fotógrafo de moda y cultura. Viajó por el mundo fotografiando para revistas como Look y Life y tomando retratos de gente importante como John F. Kennedy, Pablo Picasso, Frank Lloyd Wright, Georgia O'Keeffe y muchos más.
