I'm a Canadian expat who came to Costa Rica 10 years ago for the beautiful climate. Shortly after arriving, I became a legal resident of Costa Rica and began building custom homes. After completing over a dozen residential projects, I became discouraged with the lack of personal attention of the "other" real estate agents -- So I became a broker myself, who focuses on the buyer's needs down to the
last detail as I do with construction clients. My construction experience also makes me uniquely qualified to provide clients with contractor-level inspections during property viewings. Additionally, I'm intimately aware of the cost of construction and can help place the true value on resale homes that clients may be interested in. I speak Spanish and English to help with translating anything along the journey. I'm married to a wonderful local, Katherine, and the proud father of my son Jason.
