It is a private fully equipped two bedroom unit (95m2/1022sq.ft.) for up to 6 people located in the safe and quiet residential Las Palmas area of Playa del Coco.
As our guest, you would have access to the entire Coco Sunset Hills community. That includes six pools with whirlpool bathes and showers, a gazebo with a high-speed Internet access, multiple walking paths, private water well with the drinkable water and a two level condo. The entire complex is a visual delight with it's many pools, walkways, trees, and flowers. Gated and guarded with twenty-four-hour security.
Many services and amenities within walking distance include a large variety of authentic international and local restaurants, cafes, beach bars, supermarket and liquor stores, spas, fitness, dental and doctor's offices, shops, pharmacies, diving shops, tours, and much more. A short drive will also find you many more beautiful beaches, towns, and delightful sights to see.
The condo has two separate bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a large spacious living room and a kitchen. It comes with a large bedroom balcony and the main floor patio just 15 meters from one of the swimming pools. If you do have a vehicle, a private parking spot with security is provided as well.
