The Monkey Trail is a "shortcut" between Potrero and Playas Del Coco. They say in the wet season it's known to be very unpleasant and unpredictable due to pot holes and rivers to cross. They even have FB groups for people to share the condition of the roads and rivers 😳
But, during the dry season, it's a BEAUTIFUL drive through. A few curvy twists and turns and a few steep hills. Views and adventures await on the other side.
