This month featuring ⭐️Casa Lili⭐️

This home is very special to our hearts. While it may be a bit older, the character behind this original "Costa Rican" style design is just what you need to feel like you're on a vacation in the true Nosara.

This two bedroom, one and a half bathroom home has a location that is unmatched with any other rental in Guiones.

This property is nestled up against the national reserve owned by the NCA, this means you are surrounded by untouchable jungle with footpaths straight to the beach during dry season on one side, and the most popular restaurants and shops on the other side.

ON THE INSIDE
The home has an open living and kitchen floor plan with tile floors. There are two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. The full bathroom is an ensuite bathroom with the master bedroom and the half bathroom is located between the kitchen and guest bedroom.

There is no AC, however, the home is well-shaded and there are fans to help with air flow. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has one full size bed and one twin size bed. The home has hot water for showers, but there is not hot water in the kitchen.

ON THE OUTSIDE
Private driveway offset from the quiet back street with an outdoor shower. The patio is fully covered with ceiling fans and rocking chairs to enjoy time outside regardless of the weather. A beautiful garden offers a nice backdrop to the pool.

Casa Lili is located in the popular area of North Playa Guiones, surrounded by all you could need from restaurants, rentals & tour booking, supermarkets, liquor stores, surf schools, massage, and shopping. This home is also less than a 5-minute walk to Playa Guiones beach entrance!

Price is $2000 per month (including tax) plus electric and cleaning.
