Stefan wrote this week: "I stayed alone at this Parklands condo for 6 months during a corporate assignment in Costa Rica. The condo was very clean and well-furnished with new furniture and very comfortable beds. Plenty of space for a small family/group.The owner of the property is off-site but extremely responsive to any questions or issues and visits often enough to keep the place running well. For local help, the property managers were extremely attentive and always making sure my needs were met. The neighborhood is extremely safe and there is a locked gate with 24 hour guard checking everyone who tries to enter the complex. I cannot recommend this property or Parklands management strongly enough."

We had a (three) bedroom, two bath and it was spacious and clean and just perfect for our family of four. Paolo was absolutely terrific with communicating with our son, Michael, in making sure everything was perfect for our week-long stay. Paolo made arrangements for us for a private driver who was terrific, as well as amazing excursions that absolutely made our trip the most memorable ever. I would highly recommend Parklands Costa Rica for an amazing trip!"

For months leading up to our trip, Paolo was in constant communication, helping us plan each and every day, down to the smallest details. Thanks to the excursions he suggested and the way he coordinated our days, we saw so many different, incredible parts of the country! From zip-lining, to lounging on an island, we felt truly immersed. We had a few snags in our travel on the way to CR, and Paolo and his team helped make adjustments and ensured that we were taken care of completely. Our condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. I cannot say enough positive things about Paolo and his team, and would be happy to share the details of our trip and photos of our time in Costa Rica. It was the trip of a lifetime!"

Wow! Marlon our returning guest gave us another 5 star review (but this time for our garden view Alegro Family condo) "This is place has a great location, a feature apartment and a great host. The apartment is located in very secure complex with lots recreational areas to walk. It was a nice swimming pool. It is also located next to highway 27 which allows you to be at the beach in less than an hour, and in San Jose in about 20 minutes. The apartment itself has a home feeling. It has a fully equipped kitchen. This was important to me as I always cook my own breakfast and some other meals. It has two full bathrooms, a large TV screen and plenty of space all over. We, especially, enjoyed the king size bed. Also, my partner worked from home and found the internet to be sufficiently fast. Our host was always very gracious checking always to make sure we had everything we needed. This is our second time dealing with him and both times have been great. We highly recommend this property as it is the best value for your money.”
