The Virtuoso is Refining ✨

Wow! During our last visit to Arenal, Nayara Resorts really took our breath away.

It’s incredibly satisfying and inspiring how this property keeps innovating, surprising and reinventing itself; always with the most exquisite taste and an unbelievable rhythm.

Its so notorious and contagious how all its staff irradiates proud and happiness, while the hotel employs more than 600 local people in La Fortuna area.

The level of luxury and how they have take care of each single detail, is what I define as pure art and beauty.

When in Arenal 🔥

Arenal / La Fortuna area is our favorite destination and it has an amazing offer of activities and attractions, that could also be overwhelming when you are visiting for a limited time.

Today, we want to share a perfect and ideal option for all family members to enjoy a full day tour that combines panoramic views with adventure, culture and wellness experiences.

First, we start the day visiting
to enjoy one of the most beautiful zip line tours, where you pass along the rainforest and La Fortuna Waterfall. At the end of this tour you can also swim at crystal clear waterfalls, and taste a delicious lunch.

After this, you will discover the Maleku’s Village, where you will be able to share with a local indigenous family and learn more about their traditions, medicinal plants and legacy, and take advantage to buy some locals handcrafted souvenirs.

Later, we highly recommend to go direct to relax at the hot springs.
We visited recently and we found that they offer an amazing service and a very variety buffet menu, where you can enjoy the dinner.

On a rainy day; we keep working, life is normal, and yes; we ( and you) should keep having fun !

The rain is what makes our jungle and forests looks jurassic, lush and green. It allows our ecosystems and biodiversity to be healthy and alive!

Congratulations to our partners for this new important certification 💚

To achieve Green Globe certification, Nayara Resorts had to meet high standards across Green Globe’s four pillars: sustainable management; social and economic performance; cultural heritage; and environmental stewardship.

Certification must be renewed annually, requiring Nayara and other Green Globe-certified members to demonstrate continuous improvement by achieving higher compliance scores during each on-site audit.

Nayara Resorts has announced that all three of its Costa Rican properties have received official certification from international sustainability certification body Green Gl | Nayara Tented Camp, Nayara Gardens and Nayara Springs have all received Green Globe certification. Here's what it means.

This January 2025, La Fortuna has been recognized by Tripadvisor as one of the top of 10 worldwide destinations, perfect for honeymooners.

In Eco-Getaways Travel Designs we couldn’t agree more, and Arenal is definitely our favorite and most recommended destination, thanks to the stunning Arenal volcano; the lush of its exotic rainforest, the mystical hot springs and the fantastic offer of luxurious hotels and restaurants.

We recommend to stay at least 3 nights at this paradise; to enioy with calm the local activities and its multiple attractions.
