We visited Parque de la Paz on a day full of laughter and games, but the best part was spending time together as a family. Without a doubt, this experience left an unforgettable mark on the memories of our children.

It’s always very special to share with volunteer teams who choose to serve alongside us for the benefit of children, but this time it was twice as exciting because we got to hear the story of Cristina Pavón, a Roblealto graduate, who today shared part of her journey with us.
Thank you, Johnson Controls , for making it possible not only to improve the green areas of our Biblical Home but also for allowing, even unknowingly, the continuation of our family’s growth through Cristina, the Roblealto family, of which you are now all a part.

To close out Family Integration Week, we share one last piece of advice:
Amidst many responsibilities and tasks, your child might ask you to play with them or throw tantrums over everything. Perhaps what they really need is a word of encouragement, a celebration of an achievement, a hug and a kiss, 15 minutes of quality attention, company before bed, or simply to laugh together as a family.

During this week, we aim to be safe harbors for our sons and daughters.
Let’s allow children to express their emotions. How? By talking about feelings, hugging them when they cry, saying 'I love you,' letting them feel frustrated, and being there for them in those moments. That way, when they are adults and need a hug, they will come to us.

Our hearts are filled with emotion as we see fathers and mothers who, even in the midst of life's challenges, reaffirm their commitments of love, companionship, and care for each other. Our example is the best teacher children have to learn about love; it is Mom and Dad who are the engines and trampolines that lead a little boy or girl to become a great man or woman.

Such joy couldn’t be contained by any of us! We sang, danced, and were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and great love of the Laus Deo Choir Coro Laus Deo , shown to our boys and girls at the Biblical Home. Thank you for your energy and passion in everything you do.
P.S. A special thanks for even taking the time to sing with such love to just one of our children, who, although he wanted to, couldn't stay for the main performance. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!!!

We are celebrating "Family Integration Week," and throughout these days, we will be sharing some important tips on how we can involve and guide our children:

Tip #1:
Moms and dads, if we want to instruct our children and plant a seed that bears fruit, we need to be connected to God, and we can only do this by praying and learning from His word. We can be a reflection of God’s love to the little ones at home, but we cannot give others what is not in our hearts.
