Built with natural splendors of Santa Teresa in mind, Casa Booney blends both the indoor and outdoor environments to perfection with its use of outdoor terraces, open-plan living and high-ceilings. The villa comes complete with a Wifi, TV and DVD player, Karaoke stereo, fully equipped kitchen, a private yoga deck, hammocks, day beds, a pool table, wood burning bbq pit and gas grill and there are ceiling fans and AC throughout the house!!! Every bedroom has beautiful ocean views and direct access to the expansive decking of the Villa. The master bedroom comes with its own private deck. There is a loft in guest room #3 equipped with 2 single beds that is perfect for the kids. Every bathroom is equipped with hot water, the downstairs bath includes a concrete 2 person tub with custom wooden shower fixture, bedroom #2 has an ensuite bath with shower and there is a jack and jill bath attached to the upstairs bedrooms. Guests will require a 4 wheel drive car to access this beautiful and secluded hilltop property. But if a car is not in your plans, ATV's are available for rental on the property. Guests have full access to the entire Villa, parking garage and bbq's for your enjoyment. Guests have access to a full concierge service if required, I am here full time to help with anything the guests need. Booking tours, activities or massages, information about restaurants, help with any issues at the house etc etc. I am as present and helpful or as discreet as the guests like me to be!
