This month of the homeland we want to recognize the creativity of us Guanacastecans when it comes to celebrating our month of independence, our month of the homeland.
That is why we have developed a lantern design contest, the theme is free, and a cash prize of 30,000 colones will be awarded to first place, 20,000 colones to second place, and 10,000 colones to third place.
Which are the rules?
1. You must send a photo of your lantern to WhatsApp 8410 7842 no later than September 13 at 12 noon. You have to save this number in order to receive the result of the vote. You can receive up to 5 photos of different lanterns from the same WhatsApp number.
2. 10 lanterns will be chosen from all the photos received and will be put to the vote on our social networks on facebook and instagram.
3. There is no age limit to participate, you can be a child, adolescent or adult.

Voting is as follows.
1. The 10 selected lanterns will be published on our facebook and instagram page on September 13 at 1pm.
2. Voting closes on September 15 at 6pm.
3. The three lanterns that get the most likes between both social networks will be the winners. To be able to vote validly you must follow at least one of our social networks.
