CONSULTING

We provide consulting services to design houses, residential or commercial buildings. In our designs projects we studied the ground conditions(lot) and the needs of the customer. We offer the option of integrating building systems that do not harm the environment, as well as the use or recirculation of the gray water. When we receive project planes to be built ,we studied them and we

suggest improvements to the project, where usually optimize the structural, electrical and mechanical design. We can do this without problems given our experience as consultants and builders. CONSTRUCTION

The project cost will be calculated by fixed amount or by an administration fee. We studied with the client either system. Whatever the choice, we performed a detailed budget for each activity,an schedule and week cash flow, that allows us to control the consumption of materials, handlabor, ex*****on time and costs during the construction process. We also offer gray water recycling, advanced energy sistems and solar heating. Our purpose is to help the environment and optimize the operation costs.
