Arianna Hammer thinks it is normal to leave a house behind like this. She also did not pay electra and water for 3 months so thanks to her I am cut off. And if that's not enough she stole my sheets, pillows, towels and plants. So again home owners in Santa Maria do NOT rent you house to this person. Please share this as much as you can! People need to know!

To all house owners in Santa Maria. Do not rent your house to Ariana Hammer. This girl likes to use your house as a party house. And because of that she has no money left to pay bills. She still ows me more then 20.000 escudos for electra and almost 9000 escudos for WiFi and why pay the water bill? Every month you need to beg for your rent because she has no money after all the parties she gives. But she does have money to buy beers in buddy's and calema but not to pay you. If that's not enough she leaves your house dirty as hell so you can get a cleaner. She brakes stuff in your house and tells you this on the day of check out. So if you want a dirty house, broken things and open bills then take this girl as a tenant!
