NEMESIS Studio Apartment at Perikleous 53 - Nicosia

Our first review:

Tucked away on a quiet, narrow street in the Old City, this newly remodeled and renovated apartment was the perfect place for me to relax and unwind for several days after finishing a six-week-long work project in Cyprus. The building's exterior, interior, and apartment are all clean and modernized, and are perfectly situated for exploring Nicosia's Old City on foot, or catching a taxi or bus from just a couple blocks away.

Check-in was a breeze thanks to Simon's clear email directions and custom video explanations. The building's modern security system provides an added reassurance of safety, and Simon responded very quickly to all of my queries.

The kitchen's microwave, fridge, and kettle allowed me to enjoy self-catering some meals at the apartment, and the shades in the bedroom kept the room dark and cool when needed. As the only apartment on the second floor, the roof access was an added bonus that I enjoyed at sunset and at night, with cool breezes that are absent at street level. I'm lucky to have been the first person (I think!) to stay here. Highly recommend!
