4 BEDROOM VILLA FOR RENT GIALIA, PAPHOS. The villa is located in outer Gialia, about 800 meters from the sea. The front of the house is overlooking the deep blue sea and behind in the distance is the green forest of Paphos. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION OF VILLA

The villa has 4 bedrooms, of which one has an en suite bathroom with shower. There are 2 shared bathrooms, of which one has a bath and washing ma

chine. The ground floor has an open plan living design, consisting of lounge with fireplace, dining and kitchen area that are divided by a bar. The lounge area sofas are arranged around an open fireplace and entertainment is provided by a 32" LCD TV, DVD player. With the exception of bathrooms, the floor of the house is covered with parquet laminate. The double room on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs have air conditioning. The bedrooms are fully furnished with beds, dressers, cabinets, mirrors and curtains. Bedding and towels are also provided. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator and small appliances. OUTDOOR DESCRIPTION

The main attraction outside is a pool of 9m x 4m, outdoor shower. There is a large covered terrace providing a nice cool eating area from the sun with a table, 8 chairs and baby swing. There is a car port, rich flower gardens in front and a large tree planted area behind. All exterior floor is covered with caristo stone. GIALIA AREA
The area of Gialia is perfect for a family get away from city life. The villa is self catering, and you will find all you need locally with supermarkets and bakeries. When it gets tiring cooking there are Taverns nearby serving delicious local cuisine. Needless to say Gialia has many beautiful beaches, some with bars and facilities needed. PAPHOS REGION

The town of Paphos is within a 45 minute drive from the villa. Paphos has World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities, a waterpark and an attractive harbour area and much more to offer. Prices range from 600 - 1300 euros per week (minimum stay) depending on season. Longer periods of stay prices will be reconsidered. Please feel free to take contact if you have any questions.
