Views from my walk this morning from Agios Georgios through to Cap St George hotel & beyond… The footpath takes you past their Quiet Zone which is a lovely place to stop before you carry on to the end of the path, turn around & come back to the car park down by the harbour. If you are early enough you will see turtles swimming around the fishing boats…

And so another hot sunny day draws to a close here in Peyia, Cyprus. Time to go out for a meal at The Grande where the food is always high quality & very reasonable. The rose wine large glass is only€4!

Only 20 days before I go back to Cyprus for 6 weeks! Can’t wait for some sunshine & relaxation…I love visiting my house in Peyia & very pleased that we have some friends visiting, that will be their third visit, for a holiday in July/August.
Now I have my Irish citizenship & shortly to receive my Irish passport, I will be able to stay longer than the 90 days out of 180! Although my husband might have something to say about that!

Coming to the end of my 6 1/2 weeks here & we have a couple of rainy days coming up! Although the sun is trying to shine & hopefully dry my washing!
I hope the weather in the UK is good to
go home to so I can enjoy a British summer, before coming back here at the end of August- for 7 1/2 weeks this time! Making the most of my 90 days out of 180!!!

Going to our house in the sun with my husband (hope it’s shining!) on Greek Orthodox Easter Saturday. Just in time for the celebrations…
Catching up with friends on holiday there & those that live there. Also another friend coming out for a week towards the end of May.

Apparently I have been in our house for the equivalent of 4 months this year! I love being in Cyprus and you can enjoy being here if you want to rent our house….

I’m here now and have been enjoying my stay in our lovely townhouse. The sun has been shining & we even spent 2 nights exploring Larnaca & surrounds, this holiday.
