The villa is in a quiet residential area of Paralimni, an attractive Cypriot town just 10 - 15 mins drive from the bustling and lively resorts and beautiful beaches of Kapparis, Pernera, Ayia Napa and Protaras. 3 mins walk to the local shops, cafes, banks etc. Ideal for a family holiday, sleeps 8 comfortably. The villa is furnished and

equipped to a very high standard with free wifi and air-conditioning throughout. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, one with an en-suite bathroom, family bathroom, and two balconies. Downstairs, there is an open plan triple-aspect living room with terraces front and back. The large separate kitchen has everything you could need for a great holiday. There is a downstairs WC/shower room too. Outside there is a large pool surrounded by terraces, with plenty of room for the sun beds and relaxing. A private terrace provides shade for dining al fresco, leading to an area with a brick-built BBQ, storage unit and rotary washing line.
