Further to our previous post regarding an article in the Cyprus Times which stated that visitors to Cyprus would have the ability to be issued with a "Declaration of Movement" form from their hotel or tour operator if the SMS system didn't work for them, I have just had a phone conversation with the Covid-19 helpline on 1474 and they advised me that they do not currently recognise this form and that visitors should call 0035722285777 for the approval of movement in the event that the SMS system does not work for them....
