-Retail: which involves supplying the whole range of outlets from major hypermarkets, to supermarkets, groceries and kiosks.
-HO.RE.CA: which involves bulk sales to the customers in the vast local hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants and catering operations.
-Contract work: which involves fixed annual contracts concluded with airline caterers, cruise caterers and airport outlets.

Clappas Trading House Ltd was founded in 1972 and is a major importer and distributor of foodstuffs.

By the end of 1993 Clappas Trading House Ltd moved into company owned, purpose built premises in the Dhali Industrial Area.
