Buon compleanno, Rino!!! 🎉
📍 Salvatore Antonio Gaetano was born in Crotone in 1950. At around the age of 10, the whole family moved to Rome, and young Salvatore, or Salvatorino as the family preferred to call him, was sent to study at the seminary.
♥️ His passion and interest in music didn't emerge until he was about 18 years old when he formed his first band called "Krounks," where he played the bass. However, his ability to write lyrics was evident from childhood.
🎓 He graduated in accounting, and in the meantime, he played and sang in various local venues, earning both praise and criticism for his unique lyrics. Fame was slow to come, despite recording a few singles.
🎵🎶 In September of '75, he recorded "Ma il cielo è sempre più blu," which caught everyone's attention.
Amidst both praise and criticism, he made his way among the most famous singer-songwriters.
Thanks, Rino.

Harvesting the flavors of Italy, one grape at a time 🍇
🌞 As the golden sun kisses the rolling hills of Italy, a timeless tradition comes to life – the grape harvest, or "vendemmia."
🍇 It's a season of anticipation, where the air is filled with the sweet aroma of ripening grapes and the promise of exceptional wine.
👨👩👦👦 Families and friends gather in vineyards, their hands carefully plucking clusters of grapes that have been nurtured throughout the year.
🤗 Laughter and chatter fill the air as generations come together to celebrate this age-old ritual, passed down through centuries.
🎵 The grape-stained fingers, the rhythmic sound of grapes falling into baskets, and the shared stories of generations past all become part of the experience.
🍷It's a true labor of love that results in the creation of some of the world's finest wines, each bottle encapsulating the essence of Italy's rich terroir and culture.
The vendemmia is not just about harvesting grapes; it's a celebration of life, community, and the enduring beauty of Italy.
🍃 As the sun sets over the vineyards and the day's work comes to an end, there's a sense of satisfaction, a connection to the land, and a deep appreciation for the magic that happens when grapes transform into wine.
🥂 So, raise a glass to the Italian vendemmia – a timeless tradition that reminds us to savor the simple joys, the rich history, and the unparalleled flavors of Italy.
