d cozy, furnished in retro Berliner stile. It has one room with a double bed, a sofa which can be easily turned into a bed, and 2 armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining space. The bathroom provides set of towels, bath tub, hair dryer, and a washing machine. Price:
62 EUR for 1 or 2 persons/night. One week 1 or 2 pers 400 EUR. Every additional person + 12 EUR/day. Cleaning 25 EUR
Refundable deposit 150 € payable cash upon delivery of the keys. Two bike available for rent 6 €/day. Monthly rates on request. Smoking not allowed.
