Last week, we came together for our annual company BBQ 🎉
With the acquisition team successfully hitting their targets, it was time to fire up the grill and enjoy some delicious food 🌭🌽

Last week, we had the honor of hosting the Travel Start-up Night together with , and . It was an inspiring evening filled with exciting pitches that truly captivated the audience! 🚀

Huge congratulations to the winners: 🥇 vJourney, and the two runners-up 🥈 Travee and LUBYO! A big thank you also to Tourismus Turn GmbH and cloopio for their fantastic presentations 🙌🏼

We were particularly pleased to be able to offer free tickets to interested students, resulting in a diverse audience that included students, young professionals, and seasoned industry experts. We find a diverse audience incredibly rewarding as it encourages exciting exchanges and strengthens networking within the industry 💪🏻

A special thanks to our co-host AERTiCKET for the excellent organization and delicious finger food. The location was perfect for a summer evening in Berlin. Our international team also did a fantastic job serving cool drinks and cocktails at the Juvigo Bar 🍹

Kick-off Workshop 2024 🚀

A few weeks ago, we held our Kick-Off Workshop 2024 at Juvigo. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect across teams and share experiences. Through various fun games, we got to know each other better. Highlights were definitely the Drawing Challenge and Charades Game at the end of the workshop. Check out the fun moments we shared! 🙌🏼

Last week, we had our annual Springfest, and as always, it was a fantastic event filled with a lot of team-building opportunities 🌸 We competed in mixed teams at mini-golf and were rewarded with delicious grilled food afterwards 🌭

Our Springfest provided a wonderful opportunity to get to know each other better across teams and it's a great way to start our high season with lots of energy and team spirit 🙌

It was great to see almost all of our team members at the event 😊

✈️Last week Guillermo and Miguel had the opportunity to visit the facilities of some of our partners in Valencia and Barcelona. 🇪🇸

They ended the week in Madrid by taking part in the ANEACAMP congress, of which Juvigo is a founding member, an association that brings together companies in the leisure industry, including summer camp organisers.

House of Managers Event by Hochschule Zwittau/Görlitz .de 😀

🧑‍🎓The aim of the event was to bring students, faculties, professors and companies together and strengthen their relationships. 📝

💹Being a sponsor and workshop partner allowed us to engage with the students in multiple sessions focused on self-confidence in management. We introduced a decision-making model and engaged with the students in a hands-on exercise. It was a great learning and sharing experience for everyone involved. The event was not just about learning; there was also great food, drinks, and a program showcasing the university's offerings. 🌮

Meet our Team! 🙌 ☀️

🇵🇹 Miguel (left), our product manager for team Iberico takes care of the Portuguese and Spanish market and coordinates his team members while traveling back and forth between Portugal and Berlin!

🇪🇸 Guillermo (middle), started his journey at Juvigo as an intern and has signed his full time contract in summer this year. Everybody is excited to see which ideas he will bring to the Spanish market next!

💻 And let's not forget Björn, our CEO who is also grateful to have Guillermo with us as a full time employee. He is a big fan of he Spanish language and culture and sees great potential in the youth travel market!

🚢Tourkon 2023 🎈

Annika and Ellie, our two dual tourism students participated in the Tourkon organized by the Young Travel Industry Club. They spent 3 days on a cruise ship and got the chance to expand their network and talk to many like minded young professionals from all over Germany. During different workshops they exchanged their ideas on topics like sustainability in tourism and new ways of marketing for organized group travel. 🌱

In the cabin & career talk they shared their impressions about interesting insights in Juvigos work culture and the different tasks and responsibilities that come with being a dual student at our company. 📘

This year the Tourkon started in Mannheim. During a stop in Strasbourg our two lovely colleagues got to explore the beautiful city before heading to their final destination, Freiburg.
The Tourkon is a great opportunity for young talents in the tourism industry and Annika and Ellie came back with a lot of input and inspiration. 💡

Young Minds Talent Programme at Juvigo 💡

We hosted the fourth Young Minds Talent Programme from the Travel Industry Club e.V.. It was a day full of inspiration, learning and networking! 🤝👥

It was inspiring to see how dedicated talents from tourism come together to expand their skills and learn new methodological tools. The workshop on personality was a real highlight. Here, the participants were able to work in small groups, which enabled an intensive exchange and personal growth.

Lunch provided an excellent opportunity to network and deepen the insights gained during the day. Participating in the Young Minds Talent Programme not only offers the benefit of personal development, but also the opportunity to become part of a network of industry experts, start-ups and young professionals. 🎉
