In the last years I developed a unique combination of:

I accompany individuals, teams, organizations and communities and support you in developing Organic Solutions for your challenges.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀? Solutions that you can apply directly in your everyday life and you have developed by yourself. You are the expert for your lives and only you know what your inner and external ecosystem looks like.

Sometimes it's difficult to get in touch with yourself and to answer this question - and that is what the principles of ecosystems can help you achieve.

A few weeks ago I gave a workshop on "Integration of Ecosystem-Principles into your Everyday Life"at dieTrainertage 2019 in cologne. The participants got to know the 5 basic principles of ecosystems and interactively applied them to their life.

The goal of the workshop? To be able to live and cooperate with your environment consciously and regeneratively!

Last winter I was in Poland with the The Iceman (Wim Hof) and his whole team. On the last day in ice & snow , we hiked up almost to the topf of Mt. Snezka in short pants - and everyone survived ;)

Two years ago I started with the wim hof method, which pretty much put my life upside down: I highly disliked conscious breathing, meditation and especially cold water until then.

This has changed completely! Now I'm enjoying the cold and looking forward to the winter :-)

A few weeks ago, some of their students were in Eberswalde and took part in a workshop of me: Experiencing Nature and how to convey this to other people, no matter which background they have.

Thanks to all of you for the great and fully booked workshop "Space & Time: Valuing Communication and Constructive Dealing with Conflicts" :-) Thank you for your openness, your honesty and your willingness to dedicate yourself to this challenging topic.

Dear people and friends of fagus tour! Here's a sign of life! The last few months have been turbulent, exciting, funny, partly also sad and above all exciting.

The bad news: Fagus Tour will shut its doors quite soon. :-/

The good news: I am about to reveal my new company! :-) I've been working on it for two years and will publish the first information and the new name in the next few weeks.

At the same time, next weekend, I will be giving a workshop with my colleague Marlon Bühler (Coach for non-violent communication) on the topic "Valuing Communication and Constructive Handling of Conflicts" at the Thinkfarm Eberswalde.

Through practical exercises, short theory inputs and tools that are suited to everyday life, all participants have the opportunity to address and develop personal challenges in a safe environment. Learnings can be implemented directly in everyday life.

Please note that the workshop will be held in German. If enough of you are interested, I will be happy to create an opportunity for English speaking peeps.

I'm looking forward to seeing you!

Dear people,

Big thanks to the daycare "Angergang" from Bernau bei Berlin :-) We had an exciting, strengthening day in nature, have been walking and learned a lot about ourselves and the others. The food was rich and delicious!

Last week, 20 students from the University of Pennsylvania were visiting Eberswalde and attended my workshop "Practical Examples of Environmental Education". Thanks for that, it was a really nice afternoon! :-)

Through Sensory exercises, Action and Reflection Rounds we all learned a lot about Nature and also from each other! Happy to meet you again!

Dear Friends and Supporters of Fagus Tour,

I am back from parental leave :-)

Our little daughter Heidi is now one year old and we can look back onto an amazing, wonderful first year. We laughed and we cried, we climbed mountains and we grew some veggies, we spent time on the beach - in short, we started our life as a little family and we enjoyed it a lot!

Right now I am doing an extremely demanding professional training and I am restructuring Fagus Tour in exciting manner - I will present you more information here on Facebook in the next weeks :-)

Liebe Leute! Fagus Tour ist ab jetzt offiziell in Winterpause :) Wir sind mit dem Bus ein bisschen in Spanien und Portugal unterwegs und ab nächstem Frühjahr wieder mit neuen Touren am Start!

Die vielen lieben Leute die ich in der Natur treffen durfte und die ich für unsere wunderschöne Gegend begeistern konnte. Das leckere Essen, baden, lachen, Tiere beobachten... Danke an die liebe Familie Denkinger für eine der letzten Touren in diesem Jahr, Tschaka!! :)

Gestern war ein toller Tag!

Fagus Tour war mit der Dänischen Bloggerin Christina Barré (http://bittebitte.dk/) auf einem spannenden Trip im Naturpark Barnim, um unsere schöne Gegend auch über die Landesgrenzen bekannt zu machen :)

Los ging es im Naturschutzgebiet Biesenthaler Becken wo wir unter alten Buchen und an tiefen Mooren vorbei zum leckeren BIO-Picknick gewandert sind - zur großen Freude von Christina, die aus Dänemark weder Buchenwälder, noch unbevölkerte Seen gewohnt ist...

Zum Nachtisch gab es zusammen mit dem Leiter des Naturparks, Dr. Gärtner, in der Lobetaler BIO-Molkerei eine leckere Joghurt-Kostprobe :) Lobetal-BIO arbeitet seit Gründung mit Menschen mit Behinderung - ein super Konzept wie wir finden! http://www.lobetaler-bio.de/

Danach führte Dr. Gärtner unsere kleine Abenteuergruppe zur Freude aller noch durch das Barnim Panorama, wo wir Spannendes über die Entstehungs- und Siedlungsgeschichte der Gegend von ihm erfahren durften!

Ich glaube ich spreche für alle, wenn ich sage, dass es großen Spaß gemacht hat :) Auf ein Wiedersehen im Naturpark Barnim!

Yesterday was a good day! Fagus Tour was together with the Danish blogger Christina Barré on an exciting trip through the Barnim Naturepark, to make our lovely region known internationally :)

We started in the Biesenthaler Becken where we hiked under old Beeches and by deep swamps to our delicious organic lunch - Christina zealous indeed, not being used to old forests and uncrowded lakes, since both are quite rare in Denmark...

For dessert we had a yogurth-tasting with the head of the Naturepark, Dr. Gärtner, at the organic creamery of Lobetal. Lobetal-BIO is working with mentally and physically challenged people since their foundation - a really good concept!

Afterwards Dr. Gärtner led our little fellowship through the Barnim Panorama where we learned exciting things about the origin and development of our beautiful region!

I think I speak for everyone when saying that it was great fun :) See you next time in the Barnim Naturepark!

Hey Leute, wer sucht noch einen spannenden Ausflugstipp fürs Wochenende um Berlin rum?

Kommt doch nach Eberswalde, dort finden die Tage der Sortenvielfalt im Forstbotanischer Garten Eberswalde statt!
Nur 30 Min. mit'm Regio vom Gesundbrunnen!.

Mit Pflanzentauschbörse, Kinderprogramm, Workshops, Bienenkunde, Akrobatik, lecker Essen und Konzert! Für alle Altersklassen ist was dabei :)

Ich werde auch dort sein und euch den Naturpark Barnim und die vielen verstecken Plätze unserer Natur ein wenig näher bringen.

Außerdem teste ich eure Baumartenkenntnisse, mal sehen ob sich da was getan hat ;)

Tag der Sortenvielfalt am 7. & 8. Mai 2016: Forstbotanischer Garten Eberswalde Dieses Jahr findet zum 7. mal das große Festival zur Erhaltung seltener Nutzpflanzen statt. Es werden ganztägig regionale Gärtner ihre Schätze feil bieten. Ein exquisites kulinarisches Angebot wird euch über Tag und Abend...

Hey Leute! Gestern hatten wir als Fagus Tour den Betriebsausflug der österreichischen Schuhfirma Waldviertler - eine tolle Tour bei perfektem Aprilwetter. Angefangen hat es mit Wind, Hagel und Graupel, der perfekt abgestimmt zum Picknick zu Sonnenschein wurde :) Danke an alle, das war ein großer Spaß!
