Gresso

When in westend, Gresso is my absolute favourite coffee place. Not only is their coffee particularly good, but also the whole atmosphere is great. On top of serving great specialty coffee Gresso also offers the best tasty croissants. I love the pistachio one!

Oheim

One of the best coffee roasters in Frankfurt (Columbian coffee beans). They serve organic coffee, have a great atmosphere, and friendly stuff. If you were looking for a cozy place with great coffee, this is all you need. The coffee beans are roasted under a house brand at backyard coffee in Frankfurt.

You will find this small coffee spot just off the famous Kaiserstraße, right in the center of Frankfurt. Their motto is ‘love, peace and damn good coffee’, and undoubtedly good coffee is what you will get there. The service is extremely efficient and also friendly.

**How do I get from Frankfurt Airport to the city center?**
- You can take the S-Bahn (S8/S9, easiest and cheapest), a taxi or hotel airport shuttle (depending on your hotel) to reach the city center from Frankfurt Airport.
- Frankfurt has an extensive public transportation system, including trams, buses, and the S-Bahn. I would recommend purchasing a group day pass (good for 5 travelers) for unlimited travel. This pass works on all public transportation in the city.

- The best time to visit Frankfurt is all year round. During the spring and autumn the weather is pleasant. While summer may be hot, it's also the best season for festivals. Speaking of festivals let's not forget the Christmas market held almost the entire month of December, so yes even winter is a good time.
- There are day trips from Frankfurt worth taking, including Heidelberg, Wiesbaden, or the Rhine Valley for beautiful scenery and historic sites. Just to name a few.
