Team spirit and endurance combined: 20 runners, international guests and lots of fun! 🏃‍♂️🌍

On Wednesday, we took part in the city of Bad Homburg's After Work Run - another great event as part of our Fit & Fun program this year 🎉

We were 20 runners and walkers who mastered the 5-kilometer course. We are particularly proud of our fastest runner, who finished in just over 21 minutes! 🚀 There were also a few spectators who took care of food and drinks.

What was particularly nice was that we had guests from our subsidiaries in Italy and South Africa. They were there for another meeting and decided to support us and in some cases even join us in the run. 🌍

After the run, we ended the evening together and enjoyed the team spirit. 🍻

New design, better performance: The DX series from RINGSPANN.
We have completely revised the electro-hydraulic disc brakes in our DX series. 🌟

These brakes are among our flagship products and were developed for use in hoisting and travel drives for conveyor belts, cranes and bucket wheel systems. They are designed for a high number of switching cycles on high-speed brake disks.

Following extensive re-engineering, we are now presenting the new electrohydraulic disc brakes as trendsetters in the field of holding and emergency stop systems:

👉 Energy-efficient thrusters

This innovation offers OEM designers as well as system operators and maintenance staff of the systems considerable added value.

20 employees, 26 kilometers and lots of fun! 🚴‍♂️
Last week, our fifth bike ride took place as part of the Fit & Fun program. 🌞

With 20 colleagues from various departments, we rode a 26-kilometer round trip in perfect weather. The route took us along the edge of the Taunus through forests and across fields - of course there were also a few meters of altitude to overcome. That's why we didn't want to miss out on some refreshments in between. 🍽️

Such activities not only strengthen our team spirit, but also promote the health and well-being of our employees.

A big thank you to all participants for this unforgettable day!

RINGSPANN at the world's biggest bike show! 🚴‍♂️
Eurobike 2024 opens its doors tomorrow and we'll be there! From 03.07. to 07.07.2024 you will find us in Frankfurt at stand F14 in hall 8.0.

Our cage freewheels, which have been specially developed for e-bike drives, will take centre stage at the trade fair. The freewheel clutches are used to completely decouple the gearbox and motor, allowing the user to ride without motor support as with a classic bicycle. 🚲 ⚙

𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗡 ⚽🙌
As part of our Fit & Fun programme, a leisure programme for our employees, we took part in the "Willkie Business Cup", a company football tournament, last Saturday. Fittingly, the European Championship kicked off the evening before with Germany's successful opening game against Scotland. Gripped by football fever, our team was in a motivated and cheerful mood right from the start. 💪

Our team, consisting of 8 employees from various company divisions, showed full commitment and team spirit. Unfortunately, luck was not on our side and we were unable to take home the trophy.

But of course we have our fingers crossed for Germany's game against Hungary tonight. We're looking forward to an exciting evening of football and hope for another win for our national team! 🎉⚽🇩🇪

🌟 Wednesday was an exciting day for the RINGSPANN GmbH team! As part of our Fit & Fun programme, we took part in the 30th J.P. Morgan Run in Frankfurt. Despite some cancellations due to illness, 6 of our dedicated employees took part. We are particularly proud that one of our shareholders, Mrs Anette Stroh, also joined us! 💪🏃‍♀️

With more than 63,000 amateur athletes from over 2,000 companies, the atmosphere was simply incredible. The 5.6 kilometre course through the Frankfurt skyline was a fantastic experience and great fun for everyone involved. 🎉🏙️

The HSFS 110 offers numerous advantages, especially for users of turning/milling machines with main and counter spindles and machine tools with bar loaders. Since it does not require pull-back action, it is equally suitable for machining bar stock and material sections in the first or workpieces from the second clamping step. 🔧💡

In order to be able to meet the needs of product developers and designers at even shorter notice, twe have now developed a practical modular system that greatly simplifies the configuration of standard disc couplings and significantly shortens delivery times. European champion in our own ranks - our Head of IT wins gold at the World Drug-Free Powerlifting Federation (WDFPF) European Bench Press Championships. 🥇

In addition to the European Championship title, Kenan Abel celebrated his 8th company anniversary this year. His enthusiasm for powerlifting has lasted far longer than his commitment to RINGSPANN. He has been lifting weights in his spare time for almost 25 years and has fought his way to the top of this sport.
2022 was a particularly successful year in this respect: German champion (of the GDFPF) and European Championship title as well as World Championship third place (of the WDFPF) in his weight class!
Most recently, he quickly left his opponents behind at the WDFPF European Championships in England and won the title with a performance of 140 kilos. 🏆💪

Congratulations to you, Kenan Abel, and we wish you continued success and fun in this discipline - especially at the German Championship you are targeting for 2023 as well as the World Championship in Sardinia. 🎉
