We are happy to be able, to offer you another charter flight organized through us.

This time we are flying with our partner airline Qatar Airways from Doha (DOH) to Colombo (CMB) on 21th September 2020 Departure DOH at 02:00AM and arrival CMB 09:45AM

Mandatory conditions for booking request:

1. OK to Board for ships crew
2. Negative PCR test
3. A prior notice of 96 hours is mandatory for any seafarer embarking/disembarking at any Sri Lankan port along with the required documents
4. The on-signer could stay up to 5 days upon arrival & off signers up to 7 days in Sri Lanka expecting the arrival of vessel/departure flight.
5. Sign-on crew arriving by air needs to undergo a PCR test within the preceding 72 hours to the flight departure and with a negative result.
6. Sign-off crew from the ship to be certified by vessel Master of not having fever or other COVID-19 symptoms.
PCR test to be done at Port and then proceed to IC (Isolation center)
7. Crew members to stay at an Isolation Center pending results from PCR test (Isolation center would be a hotel approved by the Ministry of Health with WiFi & related amenities on full-board basis).

We are happy to inform you, that we could manage together with our partner airline CONDOR a landing permit on 30.07.2020 in Manila!

Mandatory conditions for booking request:
1. Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) clearance for each vessel from which the seafarers will disembark

2. complete list of crew members to be repatriated

3. details on the quarantine facility/ies arranged by the employer or licensed manning agency (LMA - this is the PH agency responsible for arrangements upon arrival in Manila)

4. if applicable, private clinic and/or hospital for RT-PCR testing of repatriates

5. PCR Covid-19 test in Hamburg & Manila prior boarding the flight

6. In case the crew cannot be directly transferred to the vessel for signing on, we will provide a Hotel accommodation in Hamburg which is a given regulation from authorities.

7. All required personal details for the respective visa application for all onsigners must be submitted immediately (name, rank, DOB, PP details, PP copy, vessel, Port)

Optional Conditions:
· Transfers from/to the port of embarkation/disembarkation

Doors Closed!

The second chartered flight by Peter Döhle Schiffahrts-KG, Menzell & Döhle Group, and BTH Business Travel Hamburg with close coordination with Döhle Seafront Crewing Manila, Inc. - Authorized left for Hamburg tonight June 28, 2020.

This helps address the problems on delayed crew change that might affect the physical and mental health of seafarers as well as safety of the vessels.

This project supports the local manning agencies in moving as one to support our seafarers who are having difficulties coming home due to the travel restrictions imposed by the Philippine government and other countries. The initiative benefits other companies with seafarers set to join their vessels anywhere in the Netherlands, Belgium, Antwerp, Rotterdam and Germany.
