Have you ever tried to hold water with your hands? ItΒ΄s impossible. It flows through your fingers. Due to gravity, it always flows to the deepest ground, into the most crooked corners as it is so soft and adaptable.

Just as water in nature penetrates gently and non-destructively into every free space – no matter how difficult it is to reach – we humans can acquire these properties. Isn't our body mostly made up of water? So it's only logical.

What I was able to learn on my travels in many encounters and from my coach: Without water there is no life. And without conscious feelings there is no holistic existence. So why not take the plunge and delve into the deepest truths of our soul and become a holistically conscious human being?

Β»But I'm scared of drowningΒ«, your head may tell you. From my own experience I can tell you: Even if the water collapses over your head and you threaten to lose yourself in the undertow, there is ALWAYS a way to the surface.

Instead of fighting against the current, glide with it, then through it and you'll float to the top again. Be yourself like water! Stay in the flow.

One of the most beautiful hours of the day is before sunrise. When I walked to the beach with my photo equipment, I could hardly see my hand in front of my face. It was so dark. Did I feel lonely? No way! I enjoyed being alone that time.

But what is the difference between loneliness and being alone? Loneliness is a sad state. You miss someone by your side because you are not enough for yourself and the light within you is still too weak to illuminate your own path.

You cling onto someone or something. You still need the recognition of your environment instead of trusting your own truth, your inner voice, your intuition.

Osho puts it in a nutshell: Loneliness is the absence of the other. Alone is your own presence. It is the overflowing present that you fill the whole universe with. Then you don't need anyone else.

The next time you feel left alone, question your situational standpoint that is shattering you. Don't you trust your own judgement? Check yourself again and then go ahead with lightness because in your heart you know what is right.

Establishing trust in yourself so strongly that other people's opinions no longer have any influence on your decision-making is certainly one of the greatest challenges of all.

Let's do it!
