Es gibt viele gute Gründe sein Praktikum bei WILDDESIGN zu machen – Darius erläutert uns seine in einem kleinen Video. Darius studiert Industriedesign an der Loughborough University in Großbritannien. In seinem sechsmonatigen Praktikum bei WILDDESIGN konnte er viele Inhalte aus seinem Studium praktisch anwenden, vertiefen und neues dazu lernen. Er hat seine Erfahrungen über das Praktikum in einem Video zusammengefasst und zeigt dabei vor allem auch Einblicke in den Büroalltag einer Designagentur. Insbesondere die Möglichkeit selbstständig zu arbeiten und ein eigenes Projekt zu bearbeiten hat Darius bei WILDDESIGN sehr geschätzt. Er hat in seiner Zeit in Gelsenkirchen ein Armband entworfen, das Kindern mit atopischer Dermatitis gegen Juckreiz helfen soll. Über den gesamten Designprozess hinweg konnte er sich Unterstützung und Feedback bei den Kollegen holen. Generell genießt Darius die entspannte Atmosphäre im Büro. In der Mittagspause wird intensiv die Küche genutzt und auf der Dachterrasse können die Mitarbeiter frische Luft schnappen oder mal den Kopf frei bekommen. Das Leben abseits der Arbeit beschreibt Darius als unkompliziert: er hat in der von WILDDESIGN gestellten Praktikanten-WG direkt gegenüber vom Gelsenkirchener Office gewohnt. Durch die Praktikumsvergütung waren Verpflegung und Wochenendtrips in die Umgebung auch kein Problem. Da das Praktikum von seiner Universität vorgeschrieben ist, erfüllte Darius die Hauptbedingungen für ein Praktikum bei WILDDESIGN. Die Hochschule muss dafür in der Anabin-Liste der akkreditierten Hochschulen gelistet sein. Außerdem sollten Bewerber Industrial Design, Interaction Design oder Vergleichbares studieren. Darius war für ein komplettes Semester in Gelsenkirchen, kürzere Praktika ab einem Zeitraum von drei Monaten sind allerdings auch möglich. Hast Du auch Lust auf ein Praktikum bei uns bekommen?
