Meeting Place Berlin is THE platform for national and international decision makers in the field of congresses meetings & incentives.

50 local providers, around 150 buyers from across the globe and a convention destination with countless opportunities – that is the recipe for success of Meeting Place Berlin. From 2nd to 6th July 2015 the highly diverse destination Berlin will once again delight decision-makers from the MICE industry. Experience the extraordinary variety of Berlin as an event destination allowing to see first hand what makes this metropolis so attractive to million visitors each year. Our guests are invited to discover exclusively what the capital has to offer. Our goal is to make the unique possibilities of Germany’s congress destination No. 1 to a live experience for our guests. During the event, each day has a special subject:

Meet Professionals:

At Meet Professionals Day one-to-one appointments take place between buyers and local suppliers. Representatives such as Berlin hotels, convention centres and unusual locations are on hand to promote their special offerings. Meet Berlin:

At Meet Berlin Day a selection of activities around meetings and congresses will be presented. At this day the buyers experience the special charm of Berlin and get an impression about the endless possibilities of Berlin. In addition several special sightseeing tours will be offered. Meet Facilities Day:

At Meet Facilities Day the buyers take part in one of different Site Inspections, which are offered in advance. So an individual programme can be choosen. Berlin Welcome, Berlin Night, Berlin on the Beach and Berlin Highlight: During the common evening events is ample time for networking. The highlight of Meeting Place Berlin 2013 was a concert at the Classic Open Air Festival. Let's be surprised what it will be 2015. If the registration is confirmed, the participation at Meeting Place Berlin 2015 includes the following services free of charge:

- 4 room nights (2th – 6th July 2015) in a single
room plus breakfast at a partner hotel of the
event
- Participation in the Meet Professionals Day –
workshop day with at least 15 appointments
(with potential business partners)
- Participation in the Meet Berlin Day – Berlin
Incentive
- Participation in the Meet Facilites Day –
different site inspections
- 3 evening events
- 1 pre-defined cultural highlight
- predefined transfers to the different venues
- food & beverages during the official
programme
