Banh mi burger with fries & sriracha mayo. I love banh mi and would love to see the classic version on the menu instead. I found the bun a bit too dense & thick & the (chicken liver?) pate quite overpowering. The whole construction fell apart so I finished it with knife and fork. I really liked the fries and the slightly spicy mayo. Looking forward to their hot dogs (chilli dawg!), which were not available upon our visit.

Beer tasting, The Magnificent 7 plus one alcohol-free, from right to left, @ . They also have some simple beer snacks if you get hungry (we had pork scratchings spread & pickled smoked cheese), nice staff & they also brew their own beer. I could not resist a bottle of Razzbarry- beautifully refreshing fruity sour beer by .The perfect summer drink in my opinion.

Guilty as charged! These donuts look so pretty they are hard to resist. We had a hard time picking our four but in the end we went for the top 3 bestsellers: triple chocolate filled with vanilla, raspberry with vanilla filling, mango with mango jam filling & an outlier: caramel cookie donut. Our fave was the chocolate one. Very rich chocolate contrasted nicely with the vanilla filling (there could be more of it). The caramel one was our second favourite. I liked the fact that they were not overly sweet. Have you tried their donuts yet? What's your favourite?

Best burger in town, according to many. We finally managed to try it after two previous failed attempts when we did not have time to wait the 25 minutes for the order the first time, and them running out of buns the second time.
So what did we think? Well, an interesting burger for sure, although we would have preferred the patty to be a bit more pink & the bun a bit less toasted. The Jalapeño Burger was, unfortunately for the spice lover, not hot at all (I am not even sure if I saw any jalapeño, but I only had one bite). I liked the crunch of the tortilla chips in my Guacamole Burger. It would have been perfect with some jalapeños (which I asked for extra, but didn't get any at the end). I liked their guacamole, which was well balanced. Even though it is supposed to be a "small" burger, it was still quite filling and it held together pretty well. So what's the verdict? We will definitely have to come back for a second taste & check out the competition before making that call 😉
