Antelope Island in Utah is one of the best places to see free-roaming bison and antelope herds.

You can drive around the entire island and see everything in a couple of hours, even with stops.

Antelope Canyon - a magical place in Arizona ✨

There are two main slot canyons near Page, Arizona – Upper Antelope Canyon and Lower Antelope Canyon. Both are within the Navajo Nation and are easily accessible but neither can be visited without a pre-booked guided tour.

Being an au pair is a lot of fun, you make new friends, visit amazing places, spend time with your host family, and learn so many new things. But it's not always easy, new environment, new language, new people, and host kids that don’t always listen.
Keep in mind that sometimes it's the hard parts that bring out the best in you!

The Grand Canyon in Arizona is one of the most beautiful places you can visit in the Untied States. It is a truly amazing and awe-inspiring! ⛰️

We recommend visiting South Rim for the first time. You can walk along the South Rim trail where you can experience the Grand Canyon from many viewpoints.

The South Rim is also the most easily accessible from most major Western cities, it takes about 5 hours by car from either Phoenix or Las Vegas.

Many Grand Canyon area tours, such as jeep tours, airplane and helicopter tours, and rafting tours originate from Tusayan, a town 7 miles outside the park.

3. Help take care of the beaches. Leave nothing but your footprints
4. Say no to plastic. Use reusable products
5. Try to eat less seafood. Overfishing is a huge problem
6. Support organizations working to protect the ocean
7. Share these facts with your friends and family

Dolphins belong in the ocean, not in a tank

Dolphins, like many other marine creatures, were meant to swim in open water, not stuck in tanks or other enclosures. Wild dolphins live in large social groups and swim vast distances daily, up to 100 kilometers. In tanks all they can do is swim in circles and are forced to perform pointless tricks. They are denied the opportunity to do what comes naturally to them.

What we can do to help:
• Do not visit places that keep dolphins in captivity.
• The most impactful action you can take to save dolphins and other animals is to adopt a vegan diet. If you aren't already vegan, don't worry, it's not too late. Countless dolphins are killed by industrial fishing every year. They aren't the intended targets but become casualties - known as "bycatch" - due to modern, non-selective fishing practices.
• Learn more about dolphins in captivity and how to take action to help them, visit Dolphin Project, founded by Richard O’Barry.
• Watch the Academy Award winning documentary ‘The Cove‘ to learn about the horrific dolphin hunt in Taiji, Japan
• Ditch single-use plastic

Beautiful sunset over Manhattan skyline 🌆

Breathtaking views from the tallest buildings is one of the city‘s best experiences.

There are currently five observations decks in Manhattan:

✨ The Edge is the highest outdoor sky deck in the Western Hemisphere.

✨ SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is the newest addition to the Manhattan observation decks. It opened on October 21, 2021.

✨ Top of the Rock. No trip to NYC is complete w/o a visit to the ultimate observation deck.

✨ Empire State Building. Not only is it one of the most recognizable skyscraper in NYC, but one of the world‘s most famous buildings.

✨ One World Observatory, at the top of One World Trade Center. One WTC is the tallest building in the United States.
